Thick and creamy, you'll need a spoon to get every last drop.
Tip: If you like your shake less creamy, don't freeze the banana. Ingredients
1 medium banana, frozen and sliced1 cup frozen unsweetened peach slices
¾ cup vanilla yogurt
½ cup calcium-fortified cranberry juice (I use OJ)
2 Tbsp wheat germ, if desired
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and process until pureed. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
Makes 1 tall glass.

- Vitamin C: ½ serving
- Calcium: 1-plus serving
- Green/yellow fruit: 1 serving
- Other fruit: 1 serving
- Whole grains: 1 serving, if wheat germ is added
