Day 1

Today was day 1 with my new trainer and she kicked my butt! I'm seriously sore but it feels good. I've been going to the gym consistently for the past couple months but have only lost like 6 pounds, which is a good start but I want to keep going. I need someone to micro-manage my workouts and to push me. I'll be working out with my trainer once a week for the next 10 weeks and she will assign me homework or "gymwork" to do in between workouts. The trainer is super sweet and very motivating so I'm looking forward to these next 10 weeks. I know this is going to help get my cycle/fertility back on track and at the very least I will be much healthier/happier!
